Yet she didn't marry until Dec 1888 and Francis Kipper died June 1888! (five years after Alice was born). She was the daughter of James Cobbold and Emma Bullett. William, Laura and Alice were listed as the children of James Cobbold in the 1891 census in Neaton?, Watton, Norfolk.
