     Louisa Ellen Webb (Ovens) married Herbert Bennett Colbert, son of Edmond Colbert and Catherine MacRae, in 1924 at Victoria.
     Louisa died on 14 August 1971 at Merrigum, Victoria.
     Her will was proved on 27 September 1971.

     Marian Murch Webb was born circa 1811. She was the daughter of John Best Webb.
     Marian Murch Webb and George Augustus Frederick Dempster obtained a marriage licence on 4 February 1833 at London.
     Marian Murch Webb married George Augustus Frederick Dempster, son of James Dempster and Augusta Frances Bunduck, on 7 February 1833 at St James, Westminster.
     Marian died on 11 December 1839 at Brighton, Sussex. On the 11th inst., Marian the wife of George Dempster, Esq., solicitor, Brighton, aged 28.

     Mary Agnes Webb was born circa 1888.
     Mary Agnes Webb married James Augustus or Augustine Colbert, son of John Edward Colbert and Catherine Agatha Darcy, in 1917 at Victoria.
     Mary died on 8 February 1959 at Birchip, Victoria. She was buried at Watchem.

     Frances Webster was christened on 28 August 1670 at Epworth, Lincolnshire. She was the daughter of John Webster and Dorothy Ryther.

     Frederick Webster was born on 13 August 1822 He was the son of George and Ann Webster
at Mosborough, Eckington, Derbyshire.
     The marraige of Frederick Webster and Caroline Rich, daughter of Joseph Rich and Sarah Ann Dean, was registered in the quarter ending in 1845 at Rotherham RD, Yorkshire. Randal Mortimer wrote: They were the parents of eight children ncluding my great-great grandfather, Joseph Webster. Frederick was a shoe and boot maker.
     Frederick Webster and Caroline Rich appeared on the 1861 census at Mattersey. Fredrick Webster 38, Caroline Webster 36, Emma Webster 14,Joseph Webster 10, Fredrick Webster 7, Clara Webster 5, Betsey Webster 2.
     Frederick died on 8 June 1874 at Mosborough, Eckington, Yorkshire, aged 51.

     Jane Webster was born at Yorkshire.
     Jane Webster married John Henry Milnes, son of James Milnes and Ann Murgatroyd?, between January 1855 and March 1855 at Huddersfield, Yorkshire.

     
     John Webster married Dorothy Ryther on 22 November 1655 at Epworth, Lincolnshire. John was present at Frances Webster's christening on 28 August 1670 at Epworth, LIN.

     Joseph Webster was born in 1852 at Sheffield, Yorkshire. Randal Mortimer wrote: Joseph Webster married Elizabeth Lydia Reeder. They had three children, Lucy, Emma, and Edwin. The family emigrated from England to Ontario, Canada in 1884. In 1896, they migrated just south of the Canadian border in the State of North Dakota, USA. Here they farmed until their deaths (Elizabeth in 1917 and Joseph in 1920).
In 1902, Emma Webster (born 1879 in Darfield Bridge, Yorkshire) married William John Kays (born 1869 in Ontario, Canada) at Langdon, North Dakota. They homesteaded at Calvin, North Dakota and raised five children. William John Kays died in 1920 and Emma passed away in 1933. Their daughter, Ethel Mae Kays, born 1904 at Sarles, North Dakota, was my grandmother. She married George E. Mortimer in 1922. George was born in Iowa in 1894. George and Ethel Mortimer had eleven children. George farmed near the Kays farm at Sarles. George died in 1970 and Ethel in 1977 in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
My father, Richard Mortimer, was the third to youngest child of George and Ethel. He was born in Sarles in 1934. In 1954, Dad found himself in Glasgow, Montana where he married my mother, Lois Bergstrom. Richard Mortimer died in an auto accident in 1969, leaving a widow with five children. He was the son of Frederick Webster and Caroline Rich.

     Judith Webster was born on 15 February 1657/58 at Epworth, Lincolnshire. She was the daughter of John Webster and Dorothy Ryther.

     Nell Webster was born in 1907 at Stratford, Victoria. She was the daughter of William Peel Webster and Hilda Evelyn Rout.

     Thomas Lynn Webster was born in 1911 at Maffra, Victoria. He was the son of William Peel Webster and Hilda Evelyn Rout.

     William Herbert Webster was the son of Frederick Webster and Caroline Rich.

     William Peel Webster was born circa 1877.
     William Peel Webster married Hilda Evelyn Rout, daughter of Charles Rout and Ellen Bland, on 1 June 1905 at Sale, Victoria.
     William died in 1959 at Sale, Victoria.

     Pauline Freda Weickhardt was born in 1913 at Dandenong, Victoria.
     Pauline Freda Weickhardt married William Robert Charles Cocksedge, son of William Charles Cocksedge and Grace Levina Parrott, in 1932 at Victoria.
     Pauline died in 1950 at Fitzroy, Victoria.

     
     Alexander Weir married Ann Dunbar, daughter of Sir John Dunbar and Katherine Graham, in 1614 at Ireland. On the outbreak of the civil war in 1641, Anne with her orphans, suffered severely .... Mrs Weir was suffered to escape to Ennniskillen with but one son Alexander aged 9 and his sister Jane, alone saved from the massacre ....
     Alexander died in 1632.

     John Weir was the son of Alexander Weir and Ann Dunbar.

     Robert Weir was the son of George Dunbar.
     Dunbar v. Weir & Tredennick, 1807 cited in following case: May 18-19 1813 H C of Justice (Ireland), Chancery Division. Major J K Dunbar, plaintiff, Tredennick deft: Plaintiff seeks to record possession of a certain manor of Kilcoe, co. Fermanagh & to have set aside certain fee farm grants? totalling about 700 acres conveyed by his father Major George Dunbar & himself to R Weir, his attorney & agent, plaintiff alleging that the ... of ... had been obtained by ... by fraud. Plaintiff also claims an account of rents received ... under a deed of 11 December 1792, executed by plaintiff (having come of age in 1790) his father (Major George Dunbar) ... & ... all the English estates vested in ... had been sold but the proceeds had not (May 1813) been remitted by the English agents & until the costs had been ascertained the residue wd not be remitted.
In 1792 plaintiff being ordered abroad with his regiment, with his father executed the said deed to Weir, but did not appreciate its significance. He remained abroad until 1807 (being at Jersey that year) when his father died and he returned to England. Meanwhile for £3400 Weir had conveyed the manor to defendant Tredennick. Plaintiff looked into the circs of the execution by himself and his late father of the deed of conveyance to Weir & was allege... was obtd from him & his father by fraud.
Held that ex... to deed of 11 Dec 1792 was obtd by fraud by Weir, that plaintiff was entitled to recover possession and an account against defendant and all costs.
N.B. Robert Weir was said to be an illegitimate son of Major Geo Dunbar.

Carlow, married Mary daughter of Henry Harman of Dublin and sister of Sir Thomas Harman, Kt, of Athy, and widow of Sir John Dunbar of Dunbar, co. Fermanagh. She was widowed again by 1680.

     Lodge's Peerage states: Weldon of Rahenderry, Co. Kildare: This is a branch of the Weldons of Swanscombe, co. Kent, and became settled in Ireland at the close of the 16th century. The estate of Rahenderry was purchased from the heirs of Sir Richard Graham, Knt.. by Robert Weldon, who d. s. p., and was succeeded by his nephew, William, M.P. for Athy in 1661. He was succeeded bv his cousin, Walter Weldon, Esq., of Rahenderry, M.P. for Carlow from 1692 to 1/15.
This gentleman m. Anne, daughter of Thomas Burdett, Esq., of Garahill, Co. Carlow, and sister of Sir Thomas Burdett, of Garahill, who was created a Baronet of Ireland in 1723, with remainder to the heirs male of his sister, Anne. By this lady Mr. Weldon was father of Arthur Weldon, Esq., of Rahenderry, whose 3rd son (by his 2nd wife, Mary, daughter of Anthony Dopping, D.D., Bishop of -Meath), the Rev. Anthony Weldon, Rector of Athy, m. Anne Coghlan, and died in 1803??j, having had issue.
His 3rd son, Anthony, succeeded, according to the limitation of the patent, to the Baronetcy of his kinsman, Sir William Bagenal Burdett 3rd Baronet, who died without issue in 1840, and is the present Sir Anthony Weldon, 4^th Baronet…. Walter Weldon was born say 1658 at Ireland. He was the son of Arthur Weldon and Mary Harman.
     Walter Weldon served in the military Walter Weldon, ensign received commission in the Army 7 Mar 1685, also Thomas Weldon, ensign & George Dunbar Lieut. in Earl of Granard's Regiment of Foot.
     Walter Weldon married Ann Burdett. He married Anne, daughter of Thomas Burdett, of Garahill, co. Carlow and sister of Sir Thomas Burdett who was created Baronet of Ireland, by patent dated 11 July 1723 "with remainder to the heirs male of his sister Anne, wife of Walter Weldon" By this lady Mr Weldon left at his decease 16 May 1728/9 4 sons ....

Gen Owen Wynne, Captain Owen Wynne, Walter Weldon and Martin Lister was trustee to a marriage settlement between Major John Dunbar and Anne Killigrew dated 20 May 1718. Extract from the marriage settlement of Major John Dunbar and Ann Killigrew, dated May 20, 1718. ... and whereas the said Anne Killigrew is also seized in fee to her and her heirs of & in several lands and tenements herinafter mentioned to be lying & situate in the said county of Cornwall, and whereas the said John Dunbar is likewise seized in fee of the manor, town & lands of Kilcoe, situate, lying and being in the county of Fermanagh , Upper and Lower Ballicarrey in Catherloch; Prisloe in Budock.. The trustees to said settlement were, Sir William Twysden, Martin Killigrew, Owen Wynne and Walter Weldon. Witnesses, Francis Errisey, John Hamilton, Thomas Wilson.
     Walter Weldon was mentioned in the will of Major John Dunbar dated 17 May 1724.
     Walter died on 16 May 1728 at Rahinderry, Laois, Ireland.
