     Agnes Unknown (Peck) (Mendlove) was mentioned in a deed dated 19 June 1599. Feoffment: William Jenkinson [of Marston Mungumerye] to Agnes Peck of Thurlestone, widow and Alice Bamforth of the same, spinster. All those messuages lands etc. called Warkes and Groades in Thurlestone and Penistone to be held of the Lord of the fee. She was mentioned as tenant in the manor court rolls dated on 21 June 1599 at Penistone, Yorkshire, . Copy admittance: Court of Lionell Rowlestone, kt., and Dorothy his wife by right of the said Dorothy... Presentment that William Jenkinson conveyed to Agnes Peck and Allice Bamforth messuages called Wartes and Groades in Thurlestone and Penistone in contempt of the Lord and contrary to the custom of the manor and it was taken into the hands of the Lord and proclamation made. But no one taking them, Allice Bamforth was admitted to one moiety at the usual rents and services. Fine 3 shillings; and Agnes Peck to the other moiety, Fine 3 shillings.
Copy surrender and admittance: Court as above. William Jenkinson and Joanna his wife surendered a moiety of the messuages and lands called Warke and Groade in Thurlestone and Penistone to the use of Alice Bamforth, who is admitted. Fine 3 shillings.

Bargain and sale: Christopher Broadhed late of Thurleston and now of Heneleys, fuller, to William Crossleye of Honeleye, clothier, half a water corn mill at Thurleston in the tenure of Agnes Peike and lands between the River Dun and the goyt of the mill, for 50 pounds. Also a feoffment and bond in 100 pounds to keep covenants as above.
     Agnes Unknown (Peck) (Mendlove) married William Mendlove before 1611. Agnes was widowed after 13 August 1611 on the death of her husband William Mendlove. William Rich alias Peck and Agnes Unknown (Peck) (Mendlove) was mentioned as tenant in the manor court rolls dated on 24 September 1621 at Penistone, YKS, Copy surrender and admittance: Court baron of Godfrey Bosville, Manor of Penistone: Agnes Mendlove surrendered all her houses, buildings, lands etc. in Penistone and Thurleston and a moiety of all lands and tenements (which the said Agnes lately had by surender of William Mendlove and which were lately customary lands of William Jenkinson and Joanna his wife) to the use of said Agnes for life and after her death to William Peake alias Riche. He was admitted. Fine respited.
     Agnes Unknown (Peck) (Mendlove) made a will dated 24 November 1630. Will and probate of Agnes Mendlove of Hornthwaite hall, Penistone, widow. She divides her household goods between her grandson William Riche, her niece Jane Turner, Mary Pecke and Mary Mookeson, her brothers John & William Pecke, her sisters Ann Mookeson and Diones Ibbotson and others, who also receive stated sums of money, and to her brother John Pecke the lease of the northfield and damcroft at Oxspringe.
     Agnes died after 24 November 1630 at Penistone, Yorkshire.
     Her will was proved on 6 October 1635 at Penistone, YKS.

An Alis Rych had a son Mychell Rych baptised on 29 September 1583 at Mexborough, Yorkshire. Alice was widowed before 10 August 1603 at Penistone, YKS, on the death of her husband Edward Rich.

There is also a daughter died 16 Feb 1840 at Chatham, born c. 1778 daughter of John Bunduck and Anne Smith. However the large gap in the children's baptisms suggests a missing generation His will only mentions his daughter Augusta Frances.
