     Henrietta Rose married Sir William Dunbar 2nd Baronet of Hempriggs, son of James Sutherland-Dunbar Bart of Hempriggs and Elizabeth Dunbar, on 21 October 1749. She was the second daughter of Hugh Rose of Kilravock.
     Henrietta died in September 1795.

     Henry Rose was born between 1740 and 1741. He was the second son of Hickman Rose and Elizabeth Pratt. He was the son of Hickman Rose and Elizabeth Pratt.
     Henry Rose, of Patrick's Well, Co. Limerick m. October 1775, Alice, dau. of Alexander Hoops, of Tipperary, and died before 1799. Her will dated 10th Oct. 1825, was proved 20th Dec. 1828. The Shine family of Ballymacrease, Co. Limerick, were descendants of this marriage.

     Hickman Rose was born on 22 October 1752. He was the 7th son of Hickman Rose, sometime of Ahabeg, Co. Limerick, and afterwards of Limerick.
He is presumably the son of the Hickman Rose Esq. whose death was reported at Limerick in Faulkner's Dublin journal on Tuesday 22 July 1766 and reprinted in The Irish genealogist 9:1 (1994). He was the son of Hickman Rose and Elizabeth Pratt. Jane Handy and Hickman Rose witnessed the marriage settlement dated 13 December 1780 between John Halahan and Mary Handy. Indented articles of agreement dated 13 December 1780 made between 1) John Halahan of the city of Dublin, surgeon, 2) Lucy Handy, widow of Samuel Handy deceased & Mary Handy daughter of the Samuel & Lucy, 3) William Speer, of the City, druggist & Thomas Fouace of Tyrrellspass, Westmeath, esq reciting that said Mary Handy was in and by the will of her father the said Samuel Handy entitled to £1000 at 21 or marriage proved if under 21 she married with consent of her mother Lucy Handy & further the will of SH £1000 the interest to be paid to his daughter Lettice during her life & after her decease the £1000 plus the £500 on the decease of Lucy to be divided between his three other daughters, Ann Wade, the said Mary Handy & Jane Handy & reciting that a marriage was shortly to be had between John Halahan and Mary Handy with consent and approbation of Mary's mother he called? the £1500 to provide for Mary Handy after John Halahan's death. Witnessed by Andrew Armstrong, Kings co., Hickman Rose, Dublin city, merchant, William Canaway, Dublin, gent, Jane Handy, Dublin city, spinster.
     Hickman Rose married Jane Handy, daughter of Samuel Handy and Lucy Wallen, on 17 May 1781 at St Bride's, Dublin, Ireland. . A licence was granted to solemnise the marriage between Hickman Rose of the city of Dublin, merchant & Jane Handy of the parish of St Bridget Dublin, spinster, directed to the Rev. John Lyon, clerk, doctor in divinity, minister of said parish.
     Hickman Rose served in the military He was paymaster of the 59th Regiment.
     He had a brother Jonas, a captain in the Royal Navy, whose undated will was proved 8 September 1821. The will mentioned his niece Lucy and her husband Dr Kirby; surgeon Daniel husband of his niece Many Anne, nephews Hickman B Molesworth, attorney at law; and Col. Arthur Molesworth EICS. His sister Gertrude, free of her husband, and her daughters are mentioned. Also sisters Agnes Davis & Mary Pratt, a widow. Nieces Margaret, Alicia and Elizabeth, all daughters of his brother Henry.
     Hickman died before 26 February 1823 at Dublin, Ireland. In the 71st year of his age, Hickman Rose, esq., late paymaster of the 59th Regiment.
     Hickman Rose made a will dated 18 March 1823 at Dublin.
     His will was proved on 2 April 1823 at Dublin.

His boat to Jonas Studdert of Clonderlaw.
     Jonas died before 8 September 1821.
     His will was proved on 8 September 1821 at the Prerogative Court of Armagh.
