     Ann Rich and Elizabeth Rich were mentioned in a deed dated 3 June 1775. John Sanderson of Little Boughton [Houghton?] in the parish of Darfield, Yks and Elizabeth his wife and Ann Rich and Martha Rich, both of Daw Walls in Cawthorn in the said county, spinsters, which the said Elizabeth the wife of the said John Sanderson, Ann Rich and Martha Rich are the three daughters and heirs at law of Jonas Rich, late of Daw Wills, yeoman, deceased, who was the only son and heir at law and also a devisee named in the last will and testament of Aymor Rich late of the same place, yeoman, deceased, of the one part and Joseph Allen .....
     Ann Rich married James Hargraves on 21 April 1786 in Cawthorne, Yorkshire. Married by licence.
     Ann died in 1790. She was not mentioned in her mother's will of 1787. She left no issue.
