Dorothy Popplewell was christened on 28 August 1597 at Crowle, Lincolnshire. She is linked here to make her a sibling of George of Flixborough. There is no evidence to say which Robert is her father. All is assumption only. She doesn't appear in her presumed father's will, but as she was married by then, John Dawson may not have recognized her. Awaiting a photocopy. She was the daughter of Robert Popplewell (of Misson, son of Francis) and Ann Brighouse.
Dorothy Popplewell married Hugh Gressam on 5 October 1615 at Flixborough, Lincolnshire.
