     Theophilus Oakes made a will dated circa 1763 at Brown St, Dublin.
     Theophilus died circa 1763 at Dublin.
     His will was proved in 1763 at the Prerogative Court of Armagh. This may have been his father.

     Mary of Gueldres Queen of Scotland was born on 17 January 1433 at Grave, Netherlands. 1433 January 19: The messenger of our lady of Cleves delivered the message that her daughter our lady of Gueldres has given birth to a daughter.
Grave is a small city in the Netherlands, in the north-eastern part of the province of Noord-Brabant, some 20 kilometers south of Nijmegen and some 30 kilometers east of 's-Hertogenbosch. After the
destruction of the castle of Cuyk it became the residence of the lords of Cuyk, and since the dukes of Gueldres were (at that time) lords of Cuyk they sometimes resided in Grave. She was the daughter of Arnold d'Egmond Duke of Gueldres and Catherine (?) of Cleves.
     Mary of Gueldres Queen of Scotland married James II, King of Scotland, son of James I, Stewart King of Scotland and Queen Joan or Jane Beaufort, on 3 July 1449 at Holyrood, Edinburgh, Scotland.
     Mary died on 16 November 1463 at Edinburgh, Scotland, aged 30. Died 1 December 1463 (11) buried in Edinburgh (12).

     Ada of Huntingdon was the daughter of Prince Henry, (of Scotland). 3rd Earl of Huntingdon and Ada de Warenne.
     She married Florence III, Count of Holland.

     Margaret of Huntingdon was the daughter of David Earl of Huntingdon and Maud of Chester.
     Her grandson was John Balliol who died in 1313 after ruling Scotland from 1292-96.

     Ann Offord was born before 1780 at Hunston, Suffolk.
     Ann Offord married Thomas Cocksedge, son of Thomas Cocksedge and Rebecca Brewster, circa 14 February 1797 at Hunston, Suffolk.

     Mary Offord was christened on 17 March 1765 at Buxhall, Suffolk. She was the daughter of Robert Orford or Offord and Mary Pearl who married after banns were called 9 Nov 1760 at Buxhall. Her father was probably buried April 1814, aged 71 at Buxhall, Mary Offord was buried 10 July 1815 aged 81 at Buxhall.

     She was mentioned as Mary Ann Cocksedge in the will of her father John Offord, the elder, widower, well sinker & pump maker of Coddenham of Ipswich dated 14 March 1848, along with William her brother (executor). The will was proved n 1855 the testator having died on 10 Feb 1855.
     Mary died before 1858.

     Elizabeth Ogilvie married Sir James Dunbar (of Tarbet, 1st), son of Sir James Dunbar and Euphemia Dunbar (Dunbar) of Cumnock. Elizabeth was the daughter of Sir James Ogilvie of Deskford by his wife Agnes Gordon, natural daughter of George 2nd Earl of Huntley.
     He had by a daughter of Deskford, a son Alexander [Shaw, p.83, errata]. Elizabeth Ogilvie was the daughter of James Ogilvie and Janet or Agnes Gordon.

     Isabella Ogilvie married Kenneth MacKenzie as his second wife. Kenneth married, secondly, Isobel, daughter of Sir Gilbert Ogilvie of Powrie, by whom he had -

VII. George, who afterwards succeeded Colin as second Earl of Seaforth.
VIII. Thomas Mackenzie of Pluscardine, whose male line has been proved extinct.
IX. Simon Mackenzie of Lochslinn. Simon was twice married and left a numerous offspring, who will afterwards be more particularly
referred to, his descendants having since the death of "the Last of the Seaforths" in 1815, without surviving male issue, carried on the male representation of the ancient family of Kintail.
X. Sibella, who married,, first, John Macleod, XIV. of Harris; secondly, Alexander Fraser, Tutor of Lovat; and thirdly, Patrick Grant, Tutor of Grant, second son of Sir John Grant of Freuchie.

     Eleanor Oglethorpe (Savile) married Robert Ryther, son of James Ryther and Elizabeth Atherton, on 18 July 1605?. She was of Roundhay, and the widow of John Savile Baron of Pentefract's son, Henry - the IGI gives a date of 1574 for this marriage as well as 18 July 1605.
In 1618/19 Robert Ryther and Eleanor Oglethorpe (Savile) sold property. Hilalry Term: Thos Savile, Bt & Frances his wife, quer: & Robert Ryther & Ellen his wife def. re Manors & lands of Hedingley & Burley Kirkstall alias Christall.
