     Mary Farrington Middleton was born circa 1804 in Mullingar, Westmeath. She was the second/youngest daughter of William Middleton, MD, of Mullingar, Westmeath.
     A marriage settlement between Mary Farrington Middleton and Samuel Wesley Handy was made on 13 March 1828. Marriage Settlement dated 13th March 1828 of Samuel Wesley Handy Esq. and Miss Mary Middleton - Between William Orme Handy and Samuel Wesley Handy both of Ormestown Kings Co. William Middleton MD and Mary, his second daughter, of Mullingar Westmeath, John Handy of Barraghcore, Kilkenny, and Samuel Marshall of Roscrea, Tipperary - James Middleton of Monie Tipperary and Captain Arthur Richardson of the 29th Foot.
William Orme Handy being seized in fee of lands of Ballintober, Barony of Tryawly, Co. Mayo he for considerations assigns same to John Handy and Samuel Marshall, as trustees, for the use of himself, for life, and to provide Samuel Wesley Handy, with £100 per annum for Mary Kingston, alias Handy, his wife, Samuel to have power to dispose of said lands by his will among his children he might have by his said wife Mary Middleton, or his issue by any other wife, also £50 per annum for any other wife, failing such issue, reversion to Alexander Kingston Handy, second son of William O Handy, reversion to Catherine and Mary Handy daughters of William O Handy and charged with £3000 for younger children of William O Handy.
William Middleton being seized for two lives of lands of Bennisnow, Barony Kerrin Tipperary, he assigns same to said Trustees for the use of the said Samuel and Mary and their issue, failing such issue reversion to Ann Middleton, eldest daughter of William Middleton to her heirs, failing their reversion to William Middleton, son of William Middleton by Catherine Dalton, reversion to James Middleton brother of William Middleton.
     Mary Farrington Middleton married Samuel Wesley Handy, son of William Orme Handy and Mary Kingstone, on 14 March 1828 in Diocese of Meath, Westmeath, Ireland. The Kerry Evening Post reported on March 26 1828: Samuel W Handy, Esq. King's Co. to Mary Middleton, second daughter of Dr Middleton. The Westmeath Journal reported: By special license, on Friday morning, the 14th instant, at the Church of this Town, by the Rev. James Brabazon, Samuel Wesley Handy, Esq., eldest son of William Orme Handy, of Ormestown, King's County, Esq., and grand son to Samuel Wesley Handy, of Bracca Castle, Esq., to Mary, youngest daughter of William Middleton, of Mullingar, Esq.
     Mary died in 1873 in Boyle RD, Roscommon, Ireland.

     Raelene Middleton married Warren D Colbert, son of David Archibald Colbert.

     Judith Miethke was born circa 1933 in Victoria.
     Judith Miethke married Lindsay George Ruby, son of Ernest Wilfred Ruby and Daisy Ellen Scott, in Ballarat, Victoria.
     Judith died of pulmonary oedema on 11 May 1973 in Willaura, Victoria. She was cremated after 11 May 1973 in the Crematorium, Ballarat. A coroner's inquest was held regarding her death on 6 August 1973.

     Hyders Pierre Mignot was born circa 1888. He was the son of Pierre Hyders Mignot and Elizabeth Colbert.

     Ann died before 13 December 1812 in the Lambie Eating House, Bearbinders Lane, London, England. She was buried on 13 December 1812 in St Mary Woolnoth & Woolchurch Haw, London. Ann Trull of the Lambe Eating House, Bearbinder Lane, was buried on the thirteenth day of this month [December 1812] in the Great Vault, by Samuel Birch, Rector, Woolchurch Haw. Bearbinders Lane is/was behind Mansion House, London.

     Ann Milham was born circa 1768 in Middlesex. She may be the Ann Milhum born 1 Dec 1767 and christened 02 Feb 1768 at St Mary at Hill, London, daughter of Frederick & Mary.
     Ann Milham married John Bunduck as his second wife, on 27 March 1800 in St Mary, Whitechapel. He was a widower of Mitcham, Surrey, she was a spinster of the parish. Ann was widowed on 10 April 1800 in Mitcham, Surrey, on the death of her husband John Bunduck. Ann Milham was an executor of John Bunduck's estate on 26 April 1800 in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury.
     Ann Milham was mentioned in the manorial court roll dated 18 June 1800 in Manor of Ravensbury, Mitcham, Surrey, England, Admission of Ann, widow of John Bunduck, to the three messuages as above and to a newly built house standing where the barn formerly stood, to hold for life or until she remarries, according to her late husband's will.
     Ann Bunduck and James Dempster obtained a marriage licence on 5 July 1803 in London.
     James Dempster married secondly Ann Bunduck on 7 July 1803 in Erith, Kent. They had both been widowed in 1800. The Morning Post, Monday, July 11, 1803 stated: On Thursday lst, at Erith, Mr James Dempster, of Baron House, Mitcham, to Mrs Bundoch, widow of the late John Bundoch, Esq, of Mitcham.
     James and Ann made an indenture dated 12 July 1811, which is mentioned in a document dated 17 October 1828 by James' son James.
     In James Dempster's will dated 6 May 1819 in Mitcham, Ann Milham was named as heir; His will mentions his wife Ann, his eldest son James, his mother Elizabeth, his four sons James, Richard, John & Robert, daughters Sarah Norris & Mary Ann Dempster, his grand-daughter Frances (daughter of his son James by Augusta Frances his first wife) and his grandson George, son of James; his brother John & his sister Elizabeth Smith. James Dempster the elder of Mitcham in the county of Surrey schoolmaster I give all the manors messuages lands and hereditaments which are now vested in me as a Trustee or Mortgagee only unto Jackson Walton of Warnford Court in the City of London, Gentleman, John Parrott the elder of Mitcham Surgeon and Richard Barnett of Clarence Row Pentonville in the county of Middlesex Gentleman upon such Trusts and subject to such equity of redemption... and I give my copyhold messuage at Carlton Place Brighthelmstone in the County of Sussex now in the occupation of Mr Knowles ... upon trust that they permit my wife Ann Dempster to receive the rents for her life or permit my wife to reside therein during her life without paying rent and do after the decease of my wife assure the said messuage to such one or more of my children as my wife shall by her will appoint And I give my messuage called Baron House situate at Mitcham with the Gardens and all the lands adjoining held by me as tenant from year to year together with all my furniture, fixtures, plate, linen, china and books in and about the same (except such parts hereinafter given to my wife and grandson) and the goodwill of the business or concern now carried on at Baron House unto my eldest son James Dempster subject to the payment of an annuity of £40 to my mother during her life ... to each of my four sons James Dempster, Richard Dempster, John Dempster & Robert Dempster successively in the order in which they are here named or or such of them if any as shall have obtained the age of 25 years at the time of my decease ... six equal shares ... sons James, Richard, John at 25, Robert at 25, daughter Sarah Norris the wife of Thomas Norris, late of Holborn, Mdx, upholsterer, daughter Mary Ann Dempster ... and whereas by indenture of settlement dated 12 July 1811 made between me and my wife Ann ... after her decease to my eldest son James and his wife and children ... for my granddaughter Frances Dempster, the daughter of my son James Dempster and of his first wife Augusta Frances ... the large silver cup to my grandson George Dempster, son of my son James Dempster, and I give unto my mother Elizabeth Dempster, to my brother John Dempster, and to my sister Elizabeth Smith £20 a piece for mourning ... to my friend John Peter Cook of Brighthelmstone, schoolmaster £20... Ann Milham paid land tax as Ann Dempster in 1819 in Mitcham, Surrey. There was also a Mrs Dempster paying tax there at the same time.
     Ann Milham lived at Mitcham, Surrey, between 23 March 1823 and 1824. She and James Dempster witnessed Jackson Walton and Mary Ann Dempster's wedding on 19 August 1823 in St John, Hackney.

     Ann Milham made a will dated 30 December 1837 in Brighton, Sussex. Ann Dempster of Brighthelmstone Ssx, widow, whereas my late husband James Dempster by his last will & testament dated 6 May 1819 did devise his copyhold messuage at Grand Parade formerly called Carlton Brighton Ssx then in the occupation of Mr Knowles unto Jackson Walton John Parrott and Richard Barnett upon trust for me during my life and then to assure the messuage unto such of the children of my husband as I should appoint and whereas my late husband James Demster by a codicil to his will dated 5 March 1820 did give that piece of land behind Carlton Place in Hilly Lane Brighton then purchased by him from the Assignees of Benjamin Hutt together with the coach-house stable and buildings thereon erected by him and then in the possession of Mrs Doyley to Jackson Walton John Parrott and Richard Barnett upon trust for me during life and then to assure the premises to such children of my husband as I should appoint and whereas John Parrott is since deceased Now I by this will appoint Jackson Walton and Richard Barnett after my decease shall convey the said copyhold messuage and freehold ground with stablings unto James Dempster of East Grinstead Ssx (the eldest son of my late husband) And whereas by indenture of settlement dated 12 July 1811 made between my late husband James D and myself on the one part and Jackson Walton Richard Barnett and Nathaniel Thompson upon trusts unto such person as I should think fit and whereas the said stock now consists of £4200 three pounds ten shillings per cent bank annuities I appoint Jackson Walton and Richard Barnett stand possessed of the said £300 in trust for my grandson George Dempster I give the land tax of £2.18.8 charged upon Turks farms at Muswell Hill, Mdx, And also all the rest of my goods and estate unto my grandson George Dempster And I appoint George Dempster sole executor. Ann Milham added a codicil to her will on 27 October 1850 in Brighton, Sussex. This is a codicil of me Ann Dempster of Brighthelmstone Ssx widow I hereby confirm the direction in my will to James Dempster of East Grinstead the eldest son of my late husband James Dempster of the copyhold messuage and piece of freehold ground with stabling And whereas I appointed £300 three pound ten shilling per cent bank annuities in trust for my grandson George Dempster And I gave the land tax of £2.18.8 charged on Turks farm and all my real estate and residue of my personal estate unto my grandson George Dempster And appointed George Dempster executor And whereas my grandson George Dempster has departed this life Now I revoke all appointments and devises in my will in favour of my late grandson George Dempster And I hereby appoint the said £300 unto Sarah Dempster one of the daughters of the said James Dempster and I bequeath all my wearing apparel to Sarah the wife of the said James Dempster And I bequeath all the furniture wine spirits plate linen china books and other household effects belonging to me in my house no.42 Grand Pde Brighton and all my trinkets watches and jewellery to Sarah Dempster one of the daughters of James Dempster and I bequeath £19.19.0 each to Sarah Dempster and Mary Dempster and Ann Dempster two other daughters of James Dempster I give all the residue of my real and personal estate to Richard Dempster of Brighton Esq. and George Tamplin of no.150 Fenchurch St, London, gent upon trust to convert the same into money and be possessed of the same in trust for Augustus George Dempster and George Bundock Dempster the two children of my deceased grandson George Dempster to be equally divided between them share and share alike at the age of 21 And if both died before 21 in trust for Sarah Dempster, the daughter of James Dempster I appoint Richard Dempster and George Tamplin executors. Ann Dempster, fundholder, head, widow aged 83, born Middlesex; Sarah Dempster, grand daughter, unmarried 24, fundholder, born Mitcham, Augustus George Dempster, gt.gr.son unmarried 17, scholar at home, born Robert St, London; George Bundock Dempster, gt grandson, 13, scholar, born Brighton; Martha Hoadley servt. unmarried 19, born East Chiltington; Jane Smith, servt, u. 27, born Brighton. She added a codicil to her will on 12 December 1855 in Brighton, Sussex. This is a codicil of me Ann Dempster of Brighton Ssx, widow, whereas I have by codicil to my will given the residue of my real and personal estate to Richard Dempster of Brighton Esq and George Tamplin of 159 Fenchurch St London gents, upon trusts for the benefit of Augustus George Dempster and George Bundock Dempster Now I revoke the devise and lieu thereof I give the residue of my real and personal estate unto my grandaughter Sarah Dempster one of the daughters of James Dempster.      Ann died on 14 May 1858 in 42 Grand Parade, Brighton, Sussex. The Portland Guardian, 20 Aug 1858 reported the death of Dempster, Ann on May 14th 1858 at Brighton, Sussex in the 91st year of her age, Ann, relict of the late James Dempster Esq., many years principal of the Barron House, Mitcham, Surrey.      Her will was proved on 27 October 1859 in the Principal Probate Registry, London. 27 Oct 1859 the will of Ann Dempster late of 42 Grand Pde Brighton widow who died 14 May 1858 at Grand Pde was proved by George Tamplin of 159 Fenchurch St London one of the execs power reserved of a like grant to Richard Dempster the other executor named. Effects under £1500.
