In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixth day of September 1902. Charles John Handy. He added a codicil to his will on 3 December 1913 in Quarry Bank, Birkenhead. The codicil notes that his executor Edgar Charles Handy is going abroad and he appoints his solicitor in his place and increases the legacy to Agnes Emma Carnie to £100. Charles was a cotton broker in 1919, Birkenhead, Cheshire.
