Bequeaths to his wife all arrears of any annuity due or becomiing due from executors of his son William Handcock, or from Richard Geering & Gustavus Handcock, esq. The Ecclesiastical report to Parliament in 1807 states that the Incumbent Rev Thos Handcock has cure of souls, resides in the neighbourhood of his parish at Refs (Ross), is building a Glebe House, duties discharged by himself.
Thomas died on 2 May 1826 in Whitechurch, Wexford. He was buried on 4 May 1826 in Whitechurch.
