     Gustavus Handcock was the son of Gustavus Handcock and Elizabeth Temple.
     Gustavus Handcock married (?) Moore circa July 1775. Handcock, Gustavus, Waterstown, co. Westmeath = Miss Moore, daughter of John, M.P. borough of Ballynakill.

      Gustavus Drake Handcock was also known as Anthony Drake Handcock in some records. He was born on 6 June 1808 in Wexford, Ireland. He was the son of Rev Thomas Handcock MA and Olivia Potts. Gustavus Drake Handcock was christened on 21 August 1809? In Whitechurch, Wexford.
     Gustavus Drake Handcock married Augusta Georgina Montfort on 12 August 1841 in Athboy, Meath.
     Gustavus Drake Handcock lived at Valetta House, Wexford, 1867. Some time shortly afterwards, moved to Colebrook in the parish of Kilgavan, near Bannow, Bargy, County Wexford. Gustavus was a justice of the peace for the county.
     Gustavus died on 6 June 1892 in Colebrook, Wexford, aged 84. He was buried on 9 June 1892 in Bannow, Bargy, Wexford.

     Gustavus Frederick Handcock was born circa 1847. He was the son of Gustavus Drake Handcock and Augusta Georgina Montfort.
     In 1861 he was at a school in Ashton-under-Lyme, Lancashire, then in 1881 he was a copying clerk living in Paddington. On 16 July 1884 he married Lucy Elizabeth Domoney at St Jude’s church, East Brixton, London. Gustavus and Lucy had one son, Gustavus Forbes MacMahon, who was baptised in St Luke’s Church, Chelsea on 14 August 1885. It is believed he died young because no reference has been found to him after 1891. There is no mention of him in the 1901 census. Lucy died in Wandsworth, London, in June 1904.
     Peggy Handcock wrote: He married Lucy Demony, the daughter of a lawyer in Chelsea.

     Gustavus died before 21 November 1912 in Wexford. He was buried on 21 November 1912 in Bannow, Bargy, Wexford.

     Hannah Handcock was born circa 1706 in Athlone, Westmeath/Roscommon, Ireland. She was the daughter of Very Rev Stephen Handcock and Margaret Warner.
     Hannah Handcock married Melchior Guy Dickens, son of Peter Guy Dickens and Ayme Unknown (Guy Dickens), on 6 February 1721/22 in St John, Dublin, Ireland. Melchior Guydickens of parish of St John's Dublin Esq. & Hannah Handcock, of the same parish, spinster.
     Hannah died on 20 October 1752 in Blockley, Worcestershire/Gloucester, England. There is a memorial in Blockley church: In memory of Hannah, the wife of Melchior Guy Dickens, Esq. who died Oct 20 1752 aged 46. And of Frederick William Guy Dickens, clerk, who died September 15, 1779 aged 50.

In Nov 1823 he was presented to the rectory and vicarage of Tashinny and Abbeyshrue, one of the smallest livings in the diocese.
     Rev John Gustavus Handcock married Francis Flood Jessop on 13 November 1827 in Tishany, Longford. The Westmeath Journal reported the marriage: On Tuesday, the 13th inst. at Tishany Church, the Rev. John Gustavus Handcock, Rector and Vicar of Tishany, and of Abbeyshrule, son of Richard Handcock of Athlone, Esq. and nephew of Viscount Castlemaine, to Frances Flood Jessop, eldest daughter of the late John Harword Jessop, Esq. of Doory Hall, in the County of Longford, and grand-daughter of the late Sir Frederick Flood, Bart.
     They had six children, inc 3 daughters the eldest being aged 8 at his death.
     Rev John Gustavus Handcock made a will dated 28 February 1838.
     John died of typhus on 2 March 1838 in the Glebe, Annaduff, Leitrim, Ireland. There is an account of his life and work by his wife in "The Church of England magazine" available via Googlebooks along with a copy of an article on him in the Evening mail, March 1833/8. He was buried on 6 March 1838 in Athlone, Westmeath/Roscommon. Sacred to the memory of the Rev John Gustavus Handcock late Rector of the Parish of Annaduff Co. Leitrim. A faithful and devoted servant of the Lord Jesus Christ who having both by his life and doctrine adorned the Gospel of God his Saviour, was removed by death from his affectionate family and flock, in the prime of his days, and in the midst of his usefulness, March 2nd 1838 AEtat 39. This tablet was erected by his brothers in token of their love and affection for him.
     His will was proved on 24 March 1838 in the Prerogative Court of Armagh. His goods were valued at £1384, the executor being his wife Frances leaving all to his wife and children.

     John Harwood Jessop Handcock was born on 22 October 1829. He was the son of Rev John Gustavus Handcock and Francis Flood Jessop.

     John Little Handcock was born circa 1853. He was the son of Gustavus Drake Handcock and Augusta Georgina Montfort.
     Henry & Ann Montfort wrote: He married Nannie Harriet Harvey King in Rathmines parish church, Dublin, on 4 October 1887. She was the daughter of the Rev. Jonas King. They lived at Colebrook but later moved to Tullycanna, Ballymitty, County Wexford, where they both died. John was buried on 4 February 1942 and Nannie on 19 March 1943, both in Taghmon cemetery. They had two sons (twins) and a daughter:
a) Gustavus Drake, born on 20 March 1889; his date of death is unknown.
b) John Little, born on 20 March 1889; buried 3 May 1959.
c) Augusta Georgina, born on16 August 1890; her date of death is unknown.

To my brothers John, Jacob, and Thomas Handcock £100 each. To my cousin William Richardson now living with me £50. To my cousin Richard Sparrow, eldest son of Alexander Sparrow of Castledermot, Co. Kildare, £50. To the poor of Lisburn Meeting £10, to the poor of Dublin Meeting £10. Executors and overseers "me well beloved father-in-law Timothy Forbes, my loving brother Thomas Handcock, both of this city." Witnesses: George Wilson, William Richardson.
     Joseph died before 27 November 1729 in Dublin, Ireland.
