     William Emery married Amy Jane MacGregor, daughter of Lachlan Henry Kenrick MacGregor and Isabella Smith, in 1887 in Victoria.

     Ann Emslie was born circa 1771 in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. She claimed she was aged 50 in 1841 but could have been up to 54. A porssible death was in 1846 as a 75 year old. The only likely Ann with a fathr James in the OPRs was baptised in Old Meldrum on 23 January 1763: James Elmslie, carrier in Oldmeldrum had a daughter baptised and named Ann, witnesses James Ellis in G..ner and Charles Wright in Oldmeldrum. She was the daughter of James Emslie.
