(v) 23 November 1896. Enfranchisement of the said property from (a) Edward Huth, lord of the manor of Twineham Benefield, to (b) the said Catherine Emma Dempster.
(vi) That the said Reginald Malmesbury Moreton-Dyer and the said Catherine Emma Dempster were the present trustees of the Will of the said Thomas Ellman.
By this deed, the said Catherine Emma Dempster, as trustee, conveyed the said property to the said Reginald Malmesbury Moreton-Dyer and the said Catherine Emma Dempster, as joint tenants, upon the trusts declared in the Will of Thomas Ellman, deceased.
