     Jane Armstrong married Capt Unknown Supple. She died without issue. A Jane Wallen & Ralph Steele obtained a marriage licence in 1764 but this seems far too late to be her. Jane Armstrong was the daughter of Andrew Armstrong and Lucy Charnock (Mason).

     Jane Armstrong was born in Ballycumber, Lemanaghan, Offaly, Ireland. She was the daughter of Warneford Armstrong and Elizabeth Bagot. Jane died in infancy.

     John Armstrong was born on 2 February 1705/6. He was the son of Andrew Armstrong and Lucy Charnock (Mason).
     John died circa 1748.
     He became a highly distinguished military engineer and was a Lieutenant in the Army. He was for a period Governor of Minorca, and published a history of that island in 1752.

     John Armstrong was born circa 1668. He was the son of Thomas Armstrong and Grissel Beatty.
     John died in 1704 in Gibraltar. He was engaged early in a military life, and was lieutenant in Lord Barrymore's Regiment of Foot in garrison at Gibraltar, then closely beseiged by the Spaniards. It happened that, while walking with the Prince of Hesse (the governor) and several other officers that were off duty, a party that had been ordered to burn the enemy's fascines, appared, bu the officer, unde whose command they were to act, not being ready, Mr Armstrong volunteered to perform the arduous duty. His offer was readily accepted and marching directly to the ground set the fascines on fire. He received however a wound from a canon ball in the head, of which he died in 1704, in the 37th year of his age.

     Lt John Armstrong RN was born on 19 July 1719 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England. He was the son of Michael Armstrong and Jane Henzell.
     John died by drowning with the Namur on 13 April 1749 aged 29.

     He was a magistrate for King's county and was deputy governor until the extinction of that establishment..

     Letitia Armstrong was born before 1716. She was the daughter of Andrew Armstrong and Lucy Charnock (Mason).
     Letitia Armstrong married George Slaughter in 1747 in Dublin.
     Letitia Armstrong married Rev George Wallen as her second husband, circa 4 September 1753 in St Peter, Dublin. By licence.
     Letitia Wallen was mentioned in the will of Rev George Wallen dated 3 April 1767.
     Letitia died before 20 February 1778 in Stephens St, Dublin. She was buried on 20 February 1778 in Dublin.

     Lucinda Armstrong was the daughter of Warneford Armstrong and Frances Grey. Lucinda died in infancy.

     Lucinda Armstrong was the daughter of Andrew Armstrong and Constantia Maria Pigot.
     Lucinda Armstrong married Robert Mills in 1795. Robert Mills esq of Malahide was the fifth son of the Rev Richard Mills, rector of Annaclone, in Downshire. They had issue.

     Lucy Armstrong was born on 18 March 1721 in Ballycumber, Lemanaghan, Offaly, Ireland. She was the daughter of Warneford Armstrong and Elizabeth Bagot. Lucy died in infancy.

     She had an only daughter Hester, whose issue is listed in Burke's Commoners, v. 4 p. 340.. Lydia Armstrong was born in 1680. She was the daughter of Robert Armstrong and Lydia Howard.
     Lydia Armstrong married John Fleetwood in 1716.

     Margaret Armstrong was born in Ireland. She was the daughter of Andrew Armstrong and Deborah Simpson.
     Margaret Armstrong married William Hodson. They had issue. A descendant Daphne Shackleton from co. Cavan contacted me in Sep 2007.

     Margaret Armstrong was born in 1671. She was the daughter of Thomas Armstrong and Grissel Beatty.
