Thomas Walter and William Adeane, feoffees to uses, and Sir William Clerk, priest.: Conspiracy between defendants and Mildred Appultrefeld to utter a forged will of William Appultrefeld, father of the said Jane, Margaret, Anne, and Elizabeth, and of another Elizabeth (sic), mother of the said John Seynenycholas, concerning tenements in Linstead, Doddington, Kingsdown, and Norton.: Kent.
     Margaret died before October 1521 in Kent.

     Olive Arlote married James Homewood as her second husband, after December 1493 in Sussex. She was the relict of John Bartelott of Stopham who died 20 November 1493. Olive Arlote was an executor of James Homewood's estate on 21 February 1509/10 in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury.
     Olive Arlote was mentioned in a deed dated 1517.

I - Warin has granted to Alice the custody of Warin, son and heir of Gerard de Insula, her late husband, with the lands and holdings which were of Gerard when he died in the vills of Kyngeston and Mundeford, until the full age of Warin; for 310 marks paid to him and to Walter de Langeton, king's clerk, viz. to him 60 marks at the feast of St. Peter in chains next coming [1 Aug.], and to Walter 100 marks at the feast of All Saints next coming [1 Nov.], and at Easter 50 marks to Walter, and at Michaelmas 50 marks to Walter, and at Michaelmas 20 Edw. I [1292] 50 marks to him
.
     Alice died after 1290. She was mentioned at the Inquisition Post Mortem held on 10 February 1327/28 on the death of Warin de Lisle. He died seized of the manors of Bouden, Kingston and Fanflore in Berkshire, Mundiford in Norfolk, and Kistingbury in Northamptonshire, leaving Gerard, his son aged 23, and Alice his wife, sister & heir of Henry, Baron Teyes surviving. Edw III, v.7.
