     Zachariah Cocksedge was involved in a criminal court case on 21 January 1822 in Suffolk. Zachariah Cocksedge was convicted at the Suffolk Assizes and sentenced to be transported for seven years for stealing a silver watch the property of William Osborn of Little Livermere. On Mar 11 1823, he was on a list of convicts landed from the "Surrey" and forwarded to Minto for distribution.
