     In Henry Ryther's will dated 29 June 1607, Ann Clough was named as executrix of the estate.

Yet she didn't marry until Dec 1888 and Francis Kipper died June 1888! (five years after Alice was born). She was the daughter of James Cobbold and Emma Bullett.
